Yves Saint Laurent, calzature décolleté in pelle di vitello liscia di colore nero, con tacco e vistosa fibbia color oro anticato a lavorazione martellata e con la firma "Yves Saint Laurent" incisa in corsivo lungo i bordi.
Il modello proposto è un accessorio vintage, d'ispirazione alle calzature di pregio del XVII secolo, dove proprio la grande fibbia dorata, la punta liscia e pulita e il tacco a rocchetto (seppur qui rivisitato) ne evidenziano caratteristiche e stile. Sia per misura che per disegno, può essere un accessorio divisivo, ma certamente è unico.
