Alexander Fahl

De hooggewaardeerde zilversmid Hermann Siersbøl (1924-1964) overleed op 40-jarige leeftijd. Hij volgde hij na zijn schooltijd een opleiding tot juwelier en werkte hij als leerling bij zilversmeden. Nadat hij in 1945 zijn startkapitaal had verdiend, begon hij zijn idee om goede sieraden voor iedereen betaalbaar te maken, groeide zijn bedrijf geleidelijk uit tot één van de grootste in Scandinavië.

In lijn met de tradities van Scandinavische zilversmeden creëerde Hermann sieraden in diverse stijlen, waaronder avant-garde, modernistische, geometrische en klassieke ontwerpen. Traditioneel gebruikte hij sterling en zilver, zijn keurmerk "HS". Na het overlijden van de ontwerper op 30 juli 1964 zetten zijn vier kinderen het bedrijf van hun vader voort. Volgens bronnen stonden zijn zoon Henrik en kleindochter Camilla in de jaren 2010 aan het hoofd van het bedrijf.

Vintage Hermann Siersbøl speld-broche uit de mid-century periode geproduceerd in Denemarken in de jaren ‘60s. Handgemaakt van massief 830s zilver. Het ontwerp toont een gestileerde bloem met drie opengewerkte, glanzende bloembladen rondom een bolvormig hart — een fraai voorbeeld van Scandinavisch mid-century design.

Het is gesigneerd "830s met de initialen HS" op de achterzijde. Het is in zeer goede pre-owned bewaarde conditie met minimale sporen van leeftijd en gebruik die typisch zijn voor zilver, maar over het algemeen is het schoon en in uitstekende staat. 

Het betreft een zeer waardevolle broche die moeilijk te verkrijgen is, een uniek item, dus grijp deze kans om mee te bieden en wellicht heeft u dan een kans op een iconisch mooi cadeau.
