La pluma presenta un estado de conservación muy bueno para su antigüedad, manteniendo intacto el carácter y la presencia de las Sheaffer Flat Top originales de los años 20.

El cuerpo y capuchón en celuloide marmoleado verde conservan un brillo notable, con vetas profundas y bien definidas. Se observan leves marcas de uso superficial, propias del paso del tiempo, sin grietas, fisuras ni deformaciones. No se aprecian signos de cristalización del material, lo que indica una excelente estabilidad del celuloide.

Los acabados dorados —clip, anillos y palanca— se encuentran en muy buen estado, con desgaste mínimo y homogéneo, sin pérdidas significativas de chapado. El clip mantiene buena tensión y correcta alineación.

La palanca de carga funciona correctamente, con accionamiento firme y sin holguras, señal de una estructura interna bien conservada.

El plumín original Sheaffer nº 5 en oro macizo 14K se presenta en muy buen estado, sin fisuras ni deformaciones. Las puntas están alineadas y muestran un desgaste normal y uniforme, adecuado para una escritura suave tras la puesta a punto correspondiente. El alimentador de ebonita conserva su forma y canalización original.

Los grabados del cuerpo se encuentran claros y bien definidos, perfectamente legibles, lo que refuerza su autenticidad y atractivo para coleccionista.

Se enviara en una caja de cortesía para su correcta conservación.
