This is a Tudor Prince Date Hydronaut, a professional diving watch produced by Tudor (a brand related to Rolex) in the late 1990s and 2000s.

Tudor introduced the Hydronaut line in 1999 as a modern alternative to its classic Submariner, which had long been seen as the more affordable sibling of the Rolex Submariner. The Hydronaut featured a more modern design, larger indices, a more substantial case, and a distinctive stainless steel bezel. Models from the late 1990s and early 2000s still bear the "Prince Date" inscription (from the Prince Oysterdate series), underlining its direct Rolex heritage – at that time, Tudor continued to use cases and components strongly inspired by Rolex designs.

Over time, the Hydronaut saw newer versions (Hydronaut II, Hydronaut 1200), but the first generation, like yours, is sought after by collectors today, combining a modern look with the still "classic" Tudor and Rolex DNA.
