Spettacolare antica cornice realizzata in legno massiccio stuccato con gesso e dorato in Foglia Oro.
Con un importante spessore frontale 11 cm si presenta scenografica, bella nell'aspetto e nella forma, la sua caratteristica principale sono le bellissime e GRANDISSIME decorazioni in rilievo, realizzate meticolosamente a mano da maestri artigiani dell'epoca. Queste decorazioni danno la suggestiva sensazione di vedere una splendida intrecciatura floreale e fogliacea a volute che volteggia la cornice a cascata.
A seguire la parte interna è costituita da un largo profilo inciso a rombi e fiori che ne aumentano la profondità e infine nella parte più interna un bordo liscio aumentano il fascino e l'originalità. 
Il profilo laterale 6 cm e composto da scalanature a gradino. 

Si tratta di una cornice rara, un antico capolavoro, un pezzo difficile da trovare, peso 2,5 kg.  Eccezionale per valorizzare ed esporre opere di alto prestigio.
