GENERAL:

The BMW 1M Coupé from 2012 was first registered in Germany in February of that year and sold by the authorized BMW dealer Spaett GmbH & Co. KG. The car has had a total of two owners, with the current owner acquiring it in 2019 and importing it from Germany. It comes with a complete service history carried out exclusively within the official BMW service network, documented both in a physical and digital service book. The vehicle remains in original condition without mechanical modifications, with the only changes being an AC Schnitzer carbon rear spoiler and an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel with a flat-bottom design. This is an exceptionally well-kept car with transparent, verifiable history, regularly serviced and mechanically in excellent condition. It represents an outstanding opportunity for both collectors and enthusiasts seeking the authentic driving experience offered by the iconic BMW 1M Coupé.

BODYWORK & PAINTWORK:

The car is finished in Alpine White. The bodywork is free from damage, having recently undergone professional polishing and ceramic coating. In 2016, the passenger-side rear section was repainted due to scratches, without any parts being replaced. This was verified and confirmed by an authorized BMW service center during inspection prior to the car being offered for sale. The rest of the bodywork shows paint values consistent with factory finish, and the car has never been involved in an accident.

TECHNICAL:

The technical condition reflects that of a carefully maintained example. The engine is dry with no fluid leaks, the chassis shows no signs of damage or corrosion, and the suspension and axles are free of play. Brake discs and pads remain in good condition and do not require replacement. The tires are relatively new, with more than 70% tread depth remaining. The car has been used only occasionally and was never driven during the winter months. Routine servicing has included regular engine oil changes, as well as oil and air filter replacements before the start of each driving season. In June 2018, at 23,000 kilometers, the transmission and differential fluids were replaced as part of scheduled maintenance. Earlier this year, the spark plugs were replaced as a preventive measure. Given its low mileage, maintenance has been limited to routine service tasks.

INTERIOR:

The black leather interior features contrasting orange stitching and remains in excellent condition, showing no signs of significant wear or damage. The cabin is clean, well-preserved, and all equipment is fully functional. The specification includes 19-inch Style 359 wheels, Harman Kardon sound system, navigation, parking assistant, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, cruise control, a multifunction steering wheel, and bi-xenon headlights. An Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel with a flat-bottom design has been fitted, replacing the original.

DOCUMENTS:

The car comes with a complete service history documented both physically and digitally, all of it performed within the official BMW service network. Additional documentation from BMW confirming the repaint of the rear section in 2016 is also available.
