Claudio Rolfi nato a Genova nel 1960. Sin dalle opere iniziali si nota il grande fascino che l’arte italiana del 900 ha saputo esercitare su di esso, grandi maestri come Casorati, Morandi, Carrà e de Chirico.  Nei suoi quarant'anni di carriera artistica si contano più di settanta mostre personali ed innumerevoli eventi artistici, tra i quali  trasmissioni tv  a lui interamente dedicate. Del lavoro artistico del Maestro Rolfi hanno parlato  le più importanti testate giornalistiche ed emittenti televisive e Radiofoniche. Tra gli eventi di maggiore rilievo la grande mostra Centoeventigiorni svolta a Santa Maria degli Angeli Roma nel 2002 inaugurata alla presenza della Signora Franca Ciampi e di Walter Veltroni, La mostra al museo Dopmiziano in Roma, La personale alla Mondadori di Milano, La mostra al palazzo della cultura a Reggio Calabria e al BAM Baveno Arte Maggiore presentata da Vittorio Sgarbi.
I dipinti del Maestro vengono utilizzate da circa 6 anni come scenografie della trasmissione GEO di Rai 3.
                                                                                                                                                                                                Le sue opere sono presenti in molte collezioni italiane, negli  Stati Uniti, Giappone, Canada e in tutto il resto d'Europa.

L'opera è una marina uno dei paesaggi della memoria che ha come soggetto le sue iconiche e materiche barche a vela. L'opera viene fornita con certificato di Autenticità firmato e timbrato e spedito con corriere Fedex.
