The best in professional and vintage audio equipment, brought to you by {name}

Matthew McIvor

An absolute dream find for hi-fi collectors and audiophiles.Offered here is a legendary Marantz PM7200 Integrated Amplifier in the highly desirable Platinum/Silver-Gold finish. This unit is completely unused and preserved in its original factory packaging (New Old Stock / NOS). Condition & Authenticity Evidence:Power Cord & Factory Lock: The main power cable is still secured to the back panel by the original, unbroken factory-mounted plastic holder/tie. It has never been unrolled or plugged into a wall socket, serving as an absolute proof of its unused status.The Amplifier: Factory mint condition. The chassis and brushed front panel are completely flawless with no marks, scratches, or signs of usage around the dials.Rear Panel & Ports: The gold-plated RCA terminals (including Phono, CD, and Aux) have a flawless matte factory finish with absolutely zero friction lines or insertion marks. The factory bridge jumpers on the Processor In/Out are untouched.Documentation: Includes the original, unread user manual. The binding and spine of the book are still incredibly stiff and crisp, resisting opening. The original factory registration and warranty cards are included inside.Accessories: Comes with the original Marantz RC8000PM system remote control, which is completely pristine with no wear on the gold lettering or buttons.Technical Note to the Buyer:To protect and maintain its 100% untouched collector value, this amplifier has deliberately not been powered on, soft-started, or functionally tested. Since it has been stored unused for many years, it is highly recommended that the winning bidder performs a controlled, professional slow-start (using a Variac) before putting the amplifier into regular service.Full Technical Specifications (Marantz Official):Power Output & AmplificationClass AB Mode: 2 x 95 Watts RMS into 8 Ohms / 2 x 155 Watts RMS into 4 OhmsClass A Mode: 2 x 25 Watts RMS into 8 Ohms (Pure, switchable distortion-free sound)Total Harmonic Distortion (THD): < 0.03% (at rated power into 8 Ohms)Damping Factor: 150Audio PerformanceFrequency Response: 10 Hz – 50 kHz (+0, -1dB)Signal-to-Noise Ratio (Line Inputs): 88 dBSignal-to-Noise Ratio (Phono MM): 85 dBInput Sensitivity (Line): 150mV / 40 kOhmInput Sensitivity (Phono MM): 2.5mV / 47 kOhmChannel Separation: > 70 dB (1 kHz) / > 60 dB (10 kHz)ConnectivityInputs: Phono (MM), CD, Tuner, AUX 1, AUX 2, Tape 1 (In/Out), Tape 2 (In/Out)Processor Connections: Pre-Out / Main-In loop with original factory jumper barsSpeaker Outputs: 2 pairs (System A / System B), gold-plated heavy-duty terminalsHeadphone Jack: 6.3mm discrete headphone circuitPhysical & GeneralTechnology: Proprietary Marantz HDAM (High Definition Amplifier Modules) & Symmetrical Circuitry architecture.Power Consumption: 320 Watts (Maximum during Class A operation)Dimensions (W x H x D): 440 x 147 x 397 mmWeight: 12.5 kg net (approx. 15-16 kg packaged)Shipping & Packaging:The unit will be shipped with extreme care using the "double boxing" method.
