Originele Philips buizenradio uit de late jaren ’40 / vroege jaren ’50, geproduceerd door Philips Eindhoven / Nederland. Klassieke houten kast met afgeronde hoeken, stoffen luidsprekerdoek en originele zenderglas-schaal met Europese steden. Typisch naoorlogs Philips-ontwerp: sober, degelijk en gebouwd om lang mee te gaan.

De radio is  getest op werking en wordt verkocht als decoratief, verzamelobject of restauratiebasis. Dit heeft als reden dat de traffo’s veiligheid niet meer kan worden gewaarborgd. Interieur en componenten zijn zichtbaar ouderdomsconform. Houten kast is structureel intact, met weiniggebruikssporen passend bij leeftijd. Geen recente modificaties of “opknapbeurt-theater”.
