Description

This is an original US pressing of AC/DC’s masterpiece, Back in Black. The album features the iconic minimalist black cover with embossed lettering for both the band logo and the album title. This particular copy is the highly coveted "RL" (Robert Ludwig) cut, mastered at Masterdisk. The labels are the classic Atlantic silver/grey design used in the early 1980s.

Notes for collectors

The "Ludwig" Cut: This is the sought-after version mastered by Robert Ludwig. It is widely considered by audiophiles to be the best-sounding pressing of this album due to its punchy, high-voltage dynamics.
Pressing Plant: The "SP" suffix on the labels and the matrix indicates this was pressed at the Specialty Records Corporation in Olyphant, Pennsylvania.
Authenticity: Features the original embossed cover and the "Masterdisk RL" etchings on both sides.
