G. Hardy - Rhum Vieux Tartane - Martinique - b. 1970s, 1980s - 70cl

In 1830, the Habitation “La Grâce” was now called the Habitation Sucrerie TARTANE, and a few years later became the property of the Emilien BONNEVILLE couple. At that time, the dwelling had cane plantations, a residential house, industrial buildings and a windmill that can still be seen from the road today. In 1880, the old windmill was replaced by a steam engine and the factory, to cope with the sugar crisis of that time, was converted into a distillery. A few years later, their daughter Clémence, wife of Gaston Hardy des Sources, in turn became the owner of the HARDY Distillery. The rum was now called “RHUM G. HARDY TARTANE”. This bottle was produced in the late 1970s to early 1980s, the distillery closed permanently in 1994 . Send in spécial reinforced packaging with tracking & insurance No sales to US, Canada & Norway
