Description from the seller
Rolex - Explorer II - 16570
Where is a distinctive example of the Rolex Explorer II 'Polar' (Ref. 16570). Produced around 2000 (P-Serial), this watch features a sought-after 'holes case' characteristic of the neo-vintage era. What makes this piece particularly interesting is its white 'Polar' dial. While it bears the vintage 'SWISS - T < 25' marking usually associated with Tritium, the markers are filled with active Luminova, providing excellent bright green visibility in the dark (as seen in the photos). This configuration typically indicates a service-upgraded dial, offering the best of both worlds: classic typography with modern functionality.
