Description from the seller

I am offering the two special issues: one for the Paris Salon and a review of the Omnia monthly magazine from 1927, both in perfect condition and well bound.

The Omnia magazine was founded in 1906 by Louis Baudry de Saunier as a weekly from January 1906 to August 1, 1914. Its publication ceased with the First World War and only resumed, in the form of a richly illustrated luxury monthly, in May 1920.

The Special Salon issues and the review of the Omnia magazine's Salon are probably the most complete, the richest in color and black-and-white illustrations, and over 150 pages each (more than 300 pages for the two issues), the 'nec plus ultra' of the automotive magazine.

The covers of these two issues bear the signatures of the greatest illustrators of the time: Robert Falcucci (1900-1989) for the first issue of the October 1927 salon and Jacques Souriau (1886-1957) for the second issue of the November 1927 salon.

In perfect condition, these rare magazines will delight discerning enthusiasts.
