Description from the seller
This abstract work was created by Yvonne Boelens. She graduated in 1999 from the Amsterdam University of the Arts and has since worked in various studios. Her drawings and paintings have been exhibited in diverse galleries in Amsterdam and beyond. Between 2004 and 2008, she ran her own gallery, where she showcased not only her own work but also contemporary art by other domestic and international artists. Additionally, she managed two other galleries, developed creative concepts, collaborated with well-known figures in the art world, and conducted workshops in (nude) figure drawing and painting for both companies and individuals.
As a contemporary artist, Boelens focuses on abstract patterns. Her paintings are carefully composed, with special attention to texture, color contrasts, form, and line work. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including at the NL/JP Friendship Art Exhibition 'Window to the World' at the Nagasaki Museum of History and Culture, where she represented the Netherlands. Works of her creation are part of various private and corporate collections.
Viewings are of course possible. The list is provided, but damage to the list is not covered. Additionally, we have our own in-house frame workshop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary. Furthermore, we make use of restorers from the industry organization: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. The condition only pertains to the work. If you wish to make use of this, we would of course be happy to hear from you.
