Very long Neolithic polished axe (almost 20 cm!) made from a natural slab of hardstone (phthanite?). Originating from Aouker/Hodh in O-Mauritania. It is approximately 4,500-6,000 years old. In perfect condition, with nice signs of use on the edge.
Dimensions 193 x 47 mm
Each sold lot is provided with a certificate of authenticity.
The provider can demonstrate that the lot has been obtained legally.
The parcel comes from a Belgian collection.
