Each figure stands on a drum base and holds a vessel that serves as the candle cup. The design blends sculpture and function, with strong presence and fine surface detail. The candlesticks are made of pewter (etain 95%, silver finish) and show rich engraving across the body and base. Both pieces are inscribed at the base ‘Piero Figura / PER ATENA / ETAIN 95%’. Details - Height: 45.5 cm - Width: 20 cm - Depth: 14.5 cm - Weight: circa 5kg each Condition: overall very good condition, with light wear (scratches, patina) consistent with age. Presence of a small, superficial burst at on the feet - mostly to the the weight of the pieces. One of the two candlesticks has sinked a few millimeters in its base, therefore there is a minor height difference of 5mm between the two items (almost unpercivable, see last picture)
