Distilled in 2007 from molasses from the sugar factory of the Worthy Park Estate, starting with the sugar cane of the Clarke family farm, Worthy Park 2007 is a bottling of the WPL brand, with congeners between 60 and 119 g/hLAP. Single Rum was aged in the distillery's warehouse in a tropical climate and bottled at 59%, full grade, with an angel's share after 10 years of 64%. The label contains the copper double retort still produced by Scotland's Forsyths for the Worthy Park Distillery. No sugar, caramel or additives are added at the time of bottling.
