Wine service advice for Rouge et le Blanc: Open the bottle and support it for 2 hours before serving. Pour yourself a small glass immediately after opening so that the wine in the bottle is no longer at the neck level but at the 'shoulder' of the bottle; this technique allows for better aeration of the wine and helps it to open up more quickly since the wine is in contact with air over a larger surface area at the shoulder than at the neck.
Thus, your wine will be ready 2 hours later.
Enjoy your tasting!
