Walt Disney - Vintage Mickey Mouse Production Drawing (1935) - Mickey's Service Station, WALT DISNEY

Mickey's Service Station Vintage Mickey Mouse Production Drawing (Walt Disney, 1935) This fantastic vintage production drawing features Mickey Mouse from Mickey's Service Station (1935). Directed by Ben Sharpsteen, this classic black-and-white cartoon stars Mickey, Donald, and Goofy as bumbling service-station attendants tasked with fixing Pete's malfunctioning car. Given just 10 minutes to complete the repair-or else-the trio hilariously disassembles the vehicle, reducing it to a pile of parts before finally discovering the true culprit: a squeaky cricket. This outstanding production drawing is illustrated in graphite on 12-field animation paper, numbered. The film's animation crew included two of "Walt's Nine Old Men"-Eric Larson and Woolie Reitherman-along with legendary Disney animators Art Babbitt and Bill Tytla, all of whom played a key role in shaping the Golden Age of Disney animation. Adding to its historic significance, Walt Disney himself provides the voice of Mickey. This short also marks the first time Mickey, Donald, and Goofy appear together as Disney's classic comedy trio, setting the stage for decades of slapstick adventures. This vintage production drawing, a true find for collectors, remains in Good condition, exhibiting edge wear and age-related toning from production use-a rare and valuable piece of early Disney animation art.
