Inkwell - Bronze, Porcelain, Lacquer

Desk inkwell with Louis XV style candle holders, featuring a tray with a contoured shape in black lacquer, decorated with floral reliefs highlighted in gold, in Chinese oriental style. On the sides, there are two porcelain bowl-shaped inkwells with polychrome flowers, and a two-arm candelabrum adorned with small porcelain flowers.

The inkpot features rich ornamentation of small porcelain flowers and asymmetrical rocaille, with motifs of scrolls, leaves, and branches full of oak leaves and little flowers.

Completed around 1880.
