Description from the seller
ITT 8033 HiFi solid state vintage receiver
Very beautiful and rare receiver from the golden hi-fi era.
One of the coolest receivers ever built, with the beautiful green backlight.
Visually in very good condition, with only very small traces of use.
This is a very well-preserved specimen, truly in beautiful condition.
The build quality of this generation of receivers is unmatched.
Equipped with an oversized transformer, capable of delivering a tremendous amount of clean power.
This receiver delivers a continuous output power of 2 x 70W per channel, more than enough to easily drive most speakers.
The receiver is equipped with a large number of connection and adjustment options.
The combination of the thick brushed aluminium front with aluminium buttons and atmospheric green scale lighting gives this receiver a uniquely beautiful appearance.
The receiver has been completely cleaned both internally and externally, thoroughly inspected by a specialist, and extensively tested.
The power supply capacitors have recently been replaced (see photos).
All potentiometers and switches have been cleaned, so there is no more crackling of buttons or switches.
The tuner section has crystal-clear and interference-free FM stereo reception, and the tuning is highly selective, even with a simple wire antenna.
The sound quality is truly fantastic, with that beloved warm and punchy '70s sound.
Please review the detailed photo report, which is part of the object description.
The receiver is carefully and professionally packaged and shipped insured with track & trace.
Pickup is also possible; by appointment and within a reasonable period after purchase.
