Switzerland 1900/1908 - Switzerland – Three Rare 'Standing Helvetia' Classic Stamps (1900–1908)

Offered is an attractive set of three rare classic Swiss stamps from the “Standing Helvetia” issue, correctly identified using a Meyer odontometer and described according to the SBK / Zumstein catalogue. These stamps originate from the period 1900–1908 and represent sought-after colour and perforation combinations. The set includes SBK 71E in lilac with perforation 11½ × 12, SBK 92A in light brown (hellbraun) with perforation 11½ × 11, and SBK 75E in carmine with perforation 11½ × 12. All stamps are genuine issues of Switzerland from the early 20th century and belong to the classic “Helvetia standing” type. Condition is used. All three stamps show authentic postal cancellations and retain their original perforation. Minor irregularities of the teeth and natural paper ageing are present, which are typical for this period. There are no repairs or retouching. The designs remain clear and well defined, and the reverses are clean with only natural age-related toning. The total catalogue value according to SBK 2018 is approximately 740 CHF. The lilac SBK 71E and the carmine SBK 75E are especially sought after by collectors due to their colour and perforation varieties. This set is well suited for a specialised Switzerland collection focusing on colours and perforations, as well as for collectors of classic European philately. High-resolution images of the front and back of each stamp are provided. The stamps offered are exactly those shown in the photographs.
