Released in April 2023, this limited edition showcases the distillery's signature bright,
citrus-forward character and masterful blending expertise.

DISTILLERY HERITAGE

Founded in 1765, Sasanokawa Shuzo is one of Japan's oldest sake breweries. The company
obtained its whisky license in 1946 (as Yamazakura Shuzo) and revived whisky production
in 2016 at the Asaka Distillery. Using pure spring water from the Aizu region and
traditional Scottish pot stills, Asaka creates whiskies with a distinctively fresh,
elegant character.

The 2023 Edition has earned international recognition, winning bronze at the World
Whiskies Awards 2023 in the Single Malt No Age Statement category.
