GUB Glashütte - No reserve price - Unisex - 1950-1959

I am selling a beautiful GUB Glashütte from my collection, which stands out above all for its timeless design and stunning arrow indices. Particularly interesting for collectors. -Brand/model: GUB Glashütte 60.1 -Country and date of origin: Glashütte Uhrenbetriebe (GUB), Germany (DDR) 1957-1958 -Serial number: 209936 Specifications: - Movement: Caliber 60.1; 16 jewels, 18,000 vph, Incabloc shock protection - Dial: cream-colored with beautiful applied arrow indices and arrow hands - Case: 20 micron gold-plated brass case, stainless steel screw-down case back - Strap: black 17 mm crocodile-look leather strap, new Dimensions: - Case diameter: 33.5 mm (without crown) - Lug width: 17 mm - Height: 11 mm Condition: - Still good condition especially considering its age. The case and bezel have minor scratches that could be polished out. However, I have not polished it, as some collectors prefer it in this condition. Due to its looks its possible, that the pre-owner gave it a slight polishing - Indexes —especially around 6 to 9 o'clock—are slightly tarnished - Glass has some visible scratches, which do not interfere with everyday use. I have not replaced the glass, as according to the previous owner, it is still the original glass. Back: minor scratches and swirls - Power reserve of approx. 36 hours - Accuracy deviation of less than 1 minute / 24 hours - Based on the serial number, it can be assumed that the watch was manufactured between 1957 and 1958. The watch will be shipped via insured and trackable shipping. If you have any questions, please feel free to write me!
