HISTORY For nearly three decades, ZIMBRO has been dedicated to the production of liqueurs and spirits, as well as their distribution both nationally and internationally. It began operations in the late 1980s in the village of Tortosendo, on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, led by its mentor Artur Aleixo, and has been supported by a solid and essential team of collaborators to this day. Beginning with the production of traditional Serra da Estrela liqueurs—one of the hallmarks of this emblematic region—and some follow-up products, the company has sustained its growth and progress over the years, currently boasting a portfolio of approximately seven dozen products under its own brands, such as Licor Serrano, Ginja Serra da Estrela, and Wild Snow Dog Dry...
