Renata Giannelli - NUDO

Graphite work on handmade paper made from hemp fiber and iron shavings; the sheet was specifically created for this collage piece combining different types of paper. The central image of the nude is impressed on a fragment of tar black paper and is printed using a printmaking press. The matrix is carved into wood, inked on a palette by the artist, and painted with oil paint.
The artwork is mounted on a canvas stretched within a wooden frame.
It is delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
