This Oude Geuze is a one-off edition created by Frank Boon and was bottled on April 29, 2019. Frank created a special blend with lambic beer from both the oldest and newest casks. "Apogee" means "the pinnacle" or "icing on the cake." With this bottle, Brouwerij Boon celebrates Frank's achievements and the transition to the next generation, as Frank passes the torch to his sons, Jos and Karel.

For enthusiasts, this is a great opportunity. These bottles have been tucked away in my cellar. They are no longer available and were delivered with two glasses.
