Deze kunstdruk werd in Italië gedrukt in 1982 en is van een uitzonderlijke kwaliteit. Ze werd gerealiseerd in een gelimiteerde uitgave van 300 exemplaren. 'Certificate of Provenance' maakt deel uit van dit kavel.

De gehanteerde druktechniek heeft ervoor gezorgd dat de kleuren sterk tot hun recht komen. De druk is haarscherp. Zie detailfoto's. De prent werd vakkundig bewaard en is nooit ingelijst.

Egon Schiele (12 juni 1890 - 31 oktober 1918) was een Oostenrijkse schilder. Schiele was een protegé van Gustav Klimt en een belangrijke figuratieve schilder van de vroege 20e eeuw. Zijn werk staat bekend om zijn intensiteit en zijn ruwe seksualiteit en de vele zelfportretten die de kunstenaar maakte. De gedraaide lichaamsvormen en de expressieve lijn die de werken van Schiele kenmerken, markeren de kunstenaar als een vroege exponent van het expressionisme.
