Writing slope - Rosewood, Pear

Impressive and elegant writing stand of English origin from the mid-19th century, made of solid noble wood such as rosewood and pearwood, with a medallion and keyhole in mother-of-pearl inlays featuring initials. The interior is lined with velvet and decorated with gold drawings. It includes various compartments and an original antique ink pot. It has a functional locking system with the original period key. A truly unique collector's piece in good condition considering its age.
