Description from the seller
Producer: Slamp, an Italian company founded in 1994 that revolutionized lighting using patented thermoplastics.
• Designer / Collection: It is part of the historic 'Slamp Collection' from the early days (mid-1990s), a collaborative project that featured artistic direction by Samuel Parker and collaborations with various graphic designers and artists.
• Period: Produced between 1994 and 1998. It is one of the models that defined the brand's aesthetics before evolving towards more sculptural and organic shapes.
Model: Wall or table lamp from the 'Tubo' or 'Lastra' series, characterized by the flexibility of the material.
Style: Pop Art / Post-modern. The style plays on the contrast between the romantic aesthetic of roses (classic flowers) and the 'punk' or industrial iconography of barbed wire.
• Materials: Made of Opaflex or Cristalflex, unbreakable and lightweight technopolymers patented by Slamp, treated with screen printing. The visible side screws are made of polycarbonate or metal. • Height: approximately 37 cm.
Width: approximately 21 cm.
• Depth (protrusion from the wall): about 11-12 cm, determined by the curvature of the sheet in technopolymer.
