Mirror - Wrought iron - Art Deco
Large Art Deco mirror (131cm x 81cm). Superb hammered steel craftsmanship in a pure Art Deco design. Vintage original France 1930s. Provenance Lyon France, I cannot find a signature but Lyon was the home of Charles PIGUET and this could be by him. Oval mirror (121cm x 51cm) looks like the original. It is is very good condition with normal spots of age in the silvering (very few 5 or 6 all small 1 to 3mm diameter).
Item too large to ship, buyer must pick up at Cote d’Or Burgundy France or arrange pack and ship.
