Description from the seller

Rare pair of engraved candlesticks with double cups.
Golden brass
Spain
Beginning of the 19th century

Elegant pieces, of great finesse in execution, with floral, vegetal, and geometric decoration, hand-chiseled, a product of the craftsmanship of early 19th-century Spain.

The set is in good condition, free of any accidents or missing parts, but the assembly (very fine fixing rods) remains fragile, and although originally removable, they are no longer so (the rods could break).
However, no play is observed between the different elements, and the assembly remains intact.
Likewise, the bobèches are now integrated with the binets.
They should therefore be handled with caution!
A few minor age-related signs and a deformation of one of the two bubbles (see photo circled in red) are noted, along with rare and very slight traces of oxidation (barely visible).

Height: 29 cm
Terrace diameter: 10 cm.
Weight: 1 kg

Perfectly protected, tracked, and insured shipping via Colissimo or Chronopost.
