This lot features a collection of 9 ceramic tiles made in Delft region between 17th to 18th century. 1. Pastoral themed tile portraying a shepperd while gazing at two sheeps in background. Size: 128mm x 129mm x 8mm. Condition: Excellent, presenting pleasant craquelure formation. 2. Highly detailed tile featuring port landscape with seabirds, stylised clouds and boats sailing.(Frame included) Size: 125mm x 130mm x 8mm. Condition: Excellent, showing minor craquelure. 3. Family scene tile featuring man with a woman in nature surrounded by trees, caring for their smiling child. Size: 130mm x 129mm x 7mm. Condition: Good, having some restored areas. 4. Floral motif tile featuring two blossoms. (Frame included) Size: 130mm x 128mm x 7mm. Condition: Missing a part from the lower left corner. 5. Fishing themed tile portraying two fishermen standing on a canal bridge and three boats in the distance. Size: 129mm x 129mm x 7mm. Condition: Good, presenting minor chipping at he upper right corner. 6. Detailed rural scene tile with a shepperd in nature looking after his three sheeps in background. (Frame included) Size: 128mm x 128mm x 8mm. Condition: Good, surface with a few minor scratches and missing a small part from the lower right corner. 7. Sailing scene tile in manganese violet featuring a large ship at sea with three smaller ships in background. Size: 130mm x 130mm x 8mm. Condition: Excellent, with a few very small chips at the edges. 8. Floral motif tile featuring the tulip with three blossms, wich was a wide spread theme from Delft of 1600s. This tile dates from the first half of 17th century. (Frame included) Size: 128mm x 129mm x 10mm. Condition: Excellent, showing stunning craquelure. 9. Manganese violet coloured rural architecture tile featuring a farm house and three boats in distance. Size: 131mm x 131mm x 8mm. Condition: Good, having some minor scratches and slight chipping.
