French-made table clock in wood and brass with a mechanical movement and alarm function, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, not in working order, with a wooden base, 14.5 cm high and 7.5 cm at the base, weighing 343 g.
Description from the seller
Beautiful French-made table/desk clock from the late 19th to early 20th century.
Marked 'F. Luviè'. Small clock with alarm function featuring a fine wooden base.
The watch needs cleaning (I believe it has been stopped for several decades); I charged it and after shaking / jostling it, it started working but then stopped again shortly after. I therefore deduce that it only needs cleaning and lubrication.
Excellent aesthetic condition: ceramic dial with a shimmering beauty, featuring Roman numerals, perfectly intact and undamaged.
Dimensions: 14.5 cm in height and 7.5 cm in diameter at the base.
NOTE WELL: Bidders for MADEIRA and AZZORRE are reminded that shipping costs are extra-European.
