For sale is an excellently preserved antique wall regulator from the renowned German clock manufacturer Junghans. This clock impresses with its elegant case made of solid dark walnut and its masterful hand-carved ornamentation.
Product details
Manufacturer: Junghans, Schramberg (Germany). The dial features the iconic logo (star with J).
Case: Solid wood (dark walnut). Richly decorated side panels with floral carvings. The crown is magnificently adorned with a central coat of arms and floral ornaments.
Dial: Silver-plated metal dial with striking black Arabic numerals and classic blued steel hands. Excellent contrast and legibility.
Glazing: The lower door features beveled glass with leaded glass in a diamond pattern, which reveals the swinging brass pendulum.
Movement: Mechanical Junghans movement with half-hour and hour strike on a gong spring.
Condition: The watch is in very good, well-maintained original condition. The movement is fully functional and runs reliably.
Dimensions: Height approx. 65 cm (including crown).
