In finely sculpted and chiseled bronze,
Golden bronze and polished with agate
The dial signed Vivin Fils in Epernay.
Surmounted by a female figure seated. A carrier pigeon carrying a message is resting on her legs. A dog is leaning on her leg.
The base decorated with a bas-relief depicting Cupid and a woman connected by a band of flowers, with one holding a bouquet of flowers and the other a crown of flowers.
The base is supported by four pin-shaped feet.
