Description from the seller
Giclée after Irina Biatturi’s original oil painting.
Awarded the 'Best European Artist' prize at World Art Dubai 2024 and winner of the public prize and the President Award at the 2023 Florence Biennale, Italy, and a graduate of the Nicolae Grigorescu Academy of Art in Bucharest, Irina Biatturi has been involved in painting from a very young age. After living in several countries such as Mexico and New Zealand, she now resides and works in Antibes.
Her oil paintings, which focus on women and sensuality, draw inspiration from Art Deco and Art Nouveau, as well as the compositions of Italian Renaissance masters. Her canvases exude a sense of peace and tranquility, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the glamorous and enchanting atmosphere of the 'Roaring Twenties' on the French Riviera.
Her artworks are now part of numerous private collections and have been featured in galleries, museums, and prestigious art exhibitions. She has been a finalist for numerous painting and sculpture awards, most recently at the 2023 Florence Biennale, where she received the President Award and the Public Award.
Additionally, her work has been showcased in publications such as Nice Matin, Vauban Magazine, TOUTMA, La Strada, Maisons et Jardins magazine, COTE Magazin, etc.
