Description from the seller

R
Large glazed ceramic tableware set of Japanese manufacture, attributable to Japan and datable to the late 20th century (1990s–2000s).
The service, called Nyōsen 如泉, features a refined matte black surface with a sandblasted effect, accented by polished bronze-colored edges. The overall aesthetic is sober and elegant, reflecting the Zen taste of contemporary Japanese craftsmanship. Slight variations between pieces are consistent with artisanal or semi-artisanal craftsmanship.
Marking present on the bottom of plates and bowls (visible in the photo). The other items, although unmarked, appear consistent in material, glaze, and color, and belong to the same set.
Batch composition
5 ceramic chopstick holders
10 Japanese lacquered chopsticks with gold decoration
1 set for sake or sauces (carafe and small bowl on a coordinated plate).
7 large bowls for ramen or soups (Ø 15–17 cm)
7 small plates for appetizers or desserts (Ø 13–14 cm)
5 medium-sized bowls for rice or side dishes (Ø 10–12 cm)
5 small bowls for sauces or condiments (Ø 7–8 cm)
6 glasses in glazed ceramic
Five square dishes (23 × 23 cm)
Complete and decorative service, suitable for collectors, enthusiasts of Japanese culture, or for an oriental-inspired table setting.
Good condition, with normal signs of age and use consistent with its age.
