The famous THONET coffee house chair is still regarded as the most successful industrial product in the world. It was Michael Thonet who perfected bending solid wood in the 1850s, laying the foundation for the mass production of the THONET chair. Its minimalist aesthetic allows the chair to find its place in virtually any environment, either standing out as a focal point or remaining discreetly in the background.
The coffee house chair is upholstered and was designed by Michael Thonet around 1859. The fabric cover is gray, and the wood is stained black. The chair has a seat height of 47cm, a height of 84cm, a width of 43cm, and a depth of 52cm, and is in good condition.
