Description from the seller
The Nikon SB-28 is a high-performance professional TTL flash designed to offer maximum versatility with advanced analog cameras like the F5 and F100, as well as in manual and non-TTL automatic modes on older bodies. This speedlight stands out for its power, with a guide number of 36 at 100 ISO and 35mm, reaching up to 50 at the maximum zoom extension of 85mm, ensuring effective illumination even at long distances or for lighting large indoor spaces.
One of the most appreciated features is the motorized zoom parabola that covers focal lengths from 24mm to 85mm, automatically adapting to the lens mounted on the camera, while the integrated wide-angle diffuser extends coverage up to 18mm, allowing use with ultra-wide lenses. The flash head is fully articulating, capable of rotating 270 degrees and tilting from -7 to 90 degrees, thus offering complete creative freedom for bounce flash, which is essential for achieving soft, natural light in portraits.
The proposed model includes the original SS-28 soft case and is in excellent aesthetic condition, with a clear and readable rear LCD display that allows quick and intuitive control of all advanced settings, including synchronization on the second curtain and stroboscopic mode. Powered by four AA batteries, the SB-28 remains a reliable and powerful tool, ideal for photographers seeking precise light control in any shooting situation.
