A classically shaped piece, richly decorated with stamping and chasing: stylized vegetal friezes, vertical gadroons, and a base adorned with lanceolate leaves. The fittings are embellished with floral motifs and Baroque-style brackets. The censer is suspended by three twisted chains, each ending in a decorative medallion.
The main legible hallmark appears as 800 in a horizontal cartouche.
The other hallmark is too faded in your photo for certain identification.
Good overall condition; signs of wear, minor workshop imperfections, interior oxidized as expected; solid hinge and functional opening mechanism. No major deformation.
