Antique Silver Pocket Watch – Kendal & Dent, Made at Buren – Key Wind – Late 19th / Early 20th Century Beautiful antique pocket watch signed Kendal & Dent – Made at Buren, an English retailer with Swiss manufacture, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. The watch features a white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, an outer minute track, and a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock. Blued steel seconds hand and gilt minute hand. The dial is signed in the center and has light hairlines consistent with age. Housed in a solid silver case, clearly hallmarked 0.935 (continental silver), with serial number 124922. Inner case and dust cover present. The case shows honest wear, scratches, and patina, in keeping with age and use. The movement is a manual key-wind, key-set movement, with visible regulation scale marked FAST / SLOW. The movement appears complete and original, with blued screws and gilt elements.
