Very elegant and heavy vintage table lamp made of solid cast brass, designed in a neoclassical / Empire style. The lamp features a powerful, architectural build with stepped geometric lines and a square base, characteristic of high-quality French or Belgian interior designs from the second half of the 20th century.
Thanks to the substantial weight of about 4.9 kg, the lamp feels particularly solid and high-quality. The brass exhibits a warm, natural patina that suits its age and use, and that enhances the sculptural character of the design.
The lamp features a light-colored, style-appropriate paginated shade with a scalloped edge, which provides a soft, warm light and nicely complements the classic design.
