Elegant and robust large tabletop candy jar, made of high-quality silver-plated alpaca. This piece stands out for its imposing presence (20 cm high) and its classic, romantic-inspired design.
-Origin: Spain.
-Author/Manufacturer: Muñoz Garrido (Marked on the base).
-Style: Neoclassical with floral details (Late Isabeline/Romantic style).
-Period: Mid-20th Century (ca. 1930-1950).
-Material: Silver-plated alpaca.
-Technique: Casting, turning, and application of silver reliefs.
-Ornamentation:
* Body: Three lateral garlands of roses and flowers, finely detailed in relief.
* Lid: Crowned by a knob or finial in the shape of a flower bud with leaves, which serves as a handle.
-Stamp: Punched on the base with the inscription "ALPACA" above the manufacturer's mark "MUÑOZ GARRIDO".
