In addition, the blade can be loosened for cleaning and the screw on the left can be used to fasten the slicer to a surface. It's also possible to unmount the board for cleaning. About EVA company : 100 years of Danish design. It still exists and still is very popular in Denmark. The history of the company dates as far back as 1913, but the Eva brand had its major breakthrough in 1952 with a bread and meat slicing machine that went on to become a design classic.
