This cabinet clock dates from the 1920s–1930s, the era of Art Deco, with a sleek, streamlined look and a symmetrical design that you don't often come across.
The lancet-shaped oak clock case has on the front, on both corner profiles, hand-carved decorations.
What is striking, of course, is the large dial that is in perfect working condition, fully symmetrical with the shape of the clock case.
The dial is surrounded by a glass door with a chrome-edged frame and closes nicely.
The slender figures are also chrome.
The movement has been ultrasonic-cleaned and can run for many more years; it is lightly oiled where needed, runs well, and is set level.
The round gong strike sits pleasantly in the ear and, if desired, can be rotated so that the strike is no longer audible.
This beautiful clock fits with any type of interior and is shipped with a key included to only European countries, due to import duties.
