Oval salad bowl in blown crystal with a solid silver 800 mount, dating to around 1900–1910, made in Allemagne (Germany), with a 22 cm diameter, 22 cm width and 9 cm height, weighing 1.22 kg, and in good used condition with minor signs of aging.

Description
Description of the object: An elegant and imposing circular salad bowl made of blown crystal and richly cut, dating from the late 19th century or early 20th century. The object is adorned with a mount on the upper rim made of solid silver with a fineness of 800/1000.
Crystal work: The body of the cup features complex and high-quality cut work.
Lower part decorated with diamond tips bringing great brilliance.
Upper part decorated with fan-shaped radiating friezes.
Base of the cup featuring a multi-branch star cut, characteristic of high-quality crystal pieces.
Jewelry work: The mount in solid silver (hallmarked 800 and hallmark stamps to be identified) is decorated with a rich relief frieze of leafy scrolls and acanthus volutes in the Neo-Renaissance style.
Condition status
Crystal: Very good overall condition. No cracks or chips visible on the body. Normal and circular signs of wear under the base, indicating its age.
Silver: Beautiful original patina. A light cleaning is recommended to reveal the full brilliance of the metal. The mount fits perfectly to the crystal.
