DOB (Mr. DOB) is one of his signature alter egos/characters, first seen in the 1990s. He has a simple yet powerful visual, featuring the letters "D," "O," and "B" on a round head. The design bridges the gap between Eastern anime/manga culture and Western pop/anime culture, exuding a universal "pop and art" aesthetic that transcends borders.

The piece has a pop feel, but also has a street art-like quality.

The soft color palette of this piece is also distinctive.
The vibrant eye color is striking against the predominantly beige color.
The entire piece is decorated with special silver glitter, which I've uploaded a photo of.
It really enhances the piece's presence.
The frame is beige to match the piece.

The previous owner purchased it from Matsuzakaya Art Gallery, a luxury Japanese department store.

There's no fading.
There are no stains or dirt.
It's in excellent condition.
