LEGO 10273 Haunted House is an Icons set with 3,231 pieces and 10 minifigures, released in 2020. It features a detailed haunted house with a working free fall ride, automatic doors, and spooky front doors. It opens up for easy exploration and can be motorized with LEGO Powered Up components.


This is the first Creator set with an age classification of 18+.
The setting of a drop tower ride set closely resembles Disney's Tower of Terror.
The manual for this set contains lore notes that describe the background of the story for certain objects in this set.
During production, the set designers redesigned this set.
The price of the set was increased in August 2022 from $249.99 to $299.99 RRP.
Haunted House is designed by LEGO designer Carl Merriam.

The Haunted House would be an excellent set, even though it has no attraction inside. The details are stunning, and just like with the recent Pirates of Barracuda Bay, the nostalgic references to earlier LEGO themes are a guaranteed hit for all fans who grew up in the 90s. The fact that it features a unique and technically complex ride at its core elevates this set to a higher level.
