Large conical rhyton, curving and ending in the shape of a winged horse with pointed ears, deeply carved almond shaped eyes, fine details of the face, mane and wings, standing on two frontal hooves and a trumpet shaped foot at the back. Two loop handles to its sides. Very nice green patina. Exquisite. Size: 24.8 cm L - 9 3/4 inches Material: Bronze Culture: Amlash, c. Early 1st Millennium B.C.
